We read everything that comes through this form. A few things we are particularly glad to receive:

• Corrections. If a specification, price or warranty detail on this site is wrong, send it with the official source and we will fix it and re-date the entry.
• Models we have missed. Especially wire-free mowers newly available in the US.
• Owner experience. If you own one of these machines, what it does well and where it struggles is genuinely useful to us - and to the next person reading the page.
• Image and licensing questions. If you represent a manufacturer and believe an image here is used without proper authorization, tell us and we will take it down while we check.

What we cannot help with

We are not the seller. We cannot look up your order, change a delivery, process a return, or handle a warranty claim - we never see any of that information. For anything to do with a purchase, contact the manufacturer or retailer you bought from directly. Their support channel is the only one with access to your order.

Affiliate and partnership enquiries

If you run an affiliate program for outdoor robotics and want to talk, use the form and say so in the subject. To be clear about how we work: placement on our pages is not for sale, and we will not remove a stated limitation as part of a commercial arrangement.

The form above is the working channel and it reaches us. We are a small operation based in Argentina, so replies are not instant.
